Job Responsibilities
As a roaming receptionist, you will work full-time with us, covering for our consultants during extra needs for staff, illnesses, absences, and extra bookings with our clients. You play an important role and have a central position with both internal and external contact points. You work alone or in a team, and the position includes typical receptionist tasks.
A workday may consist of:
- Handling incoming emails and calls
- Mail and package handling
- Purchasing office supplies
- Receiving fault reports
- Contact with suppliers
- Planning and preparing conferences
- Ordering breakfast, lunch, and snacks for meetings
- Ensuring that office areas are presentable, such as lounges, conference rooms, and kitchens
Qualifications
As a roaming receptionist, we see that you are social, pleasant, and professional in your interactions. Furthermore, we expect you to easily adapt to different workplaces and tasks. You approach your responsibilities with great commitment, are structured, and can juggle many tasks at once – all while keeping a smile on your face and delivering top-notch service.
To succeed in the role of a roaming receptionist, we also see that you have:
- Turned 18 years old and completed your high school diploma
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in service and/or administration
- A good sense of service and the ability to handle many cases simultaneously and prioritize among them
It is also an advantage to live in close proximity to central Stockholm, as work shifts may come with short notice.

Start: Immediately
Scope: Full-time
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 with on-call from 06:00
Location: Greater Stockholm
